This platform is designed for organizing and managing banking claims and facilities. By applying automated filtering methods based on defined parameters, it allows for tracking and alerting on customer obligations. Leveraging data from a centralized banking system (or equivalent), it provides comprehensive reporting and follow-up on collection activities. Access to information varies by user role (head office vs. branch) according to permissions. The system covers all facility types—overdue, non-performing, and at-risk accounts—and automatically: - Sends SMS payment reminders - Issues postal notices to debtors, guarantors, and pledgors A "whitelist" feature suppresses notices for accounts on that list. If removed from the whitelist, notices resume on a seven-day schedule. Security is integrated via connection to the bank’s centralized SSO, enforcing role-based access for managing the whitelist and loan records.
The platform also records telephone negotiations, follow-up outcomes, and next steps. Dynamic column filtering lets users hide unnecessary fields for clearer reports. A dedicated button issues early warnings to branch users for timely follow-up. Given unique loan structures at each institution, this software is typically customized per client rather than sold as a generic product.
